Diseño de la tarjeta de visita de nuestro estudio. Is son las siglas de "Ingrediente Secreto". Dos bandas cubren el nombre del estudio en el anverso. En el reverso las mismas bandas cubren otras palabras. Tenía ganas de intervenir el aspecto minimalista con un toque de color, pero sin que llegara a ser parte del color corporativo. Por ello decidí añadirlo en los bordes de las tarjetas, de material grueso y resistente. Por suerte, estando en Perú en ese momento encontré una impresora offset con la que pude imprimir un papel 480g que funcionó a la perfección. No se pudieron imprimir los bordes, por lo que tuve que hacerlo yo mismo con un aerógrafo que no había utilizado desde la escuela. Después de muchas pruebas llegué al resultado idóneo, un efecto degradado en fluorescente rosa y naranja. Fue muy divertido trabajar en esto.

Business card design for our studio. The brand name IS stands for "Ingrediente Secreto" (secret ingredient). The logo is covered by two stripes. The design of the card had some covered words on the back as well. Even though I liked the minimal look I felt like it need a touch of colour but without making it feel as a corporate color, so I decided to add it on the sides of the card. For that reason I needed to find a super heavy weight paper, I was lucky to be in Peru at that time and find an offset printer that could manage to print on a 480gr cotton paper that works perfectly. They couldn't print the sides so I had to do it myself with an Pasche airbrush that I had not used since school, and after many tests the best look was a gradient effect on fluorecent pink and orange. It was a lot of fun working on this.
